Making a reservation

To reserve dates, a £275 deposit is required with the full balance paid 5 weeks prior to your arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable 8 weeks prior to arrival after which time it becomes non-refundable, but can be used to book dates for a later time within a 1 month window dependant on availability.

A refundable deposit of £275 will be charged prior to rental for breakages and damages, however, this will be refunded once the apartment is returned in good order. It is the responsibility of the Payer to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned undamaged and in a clean condition.

Rules and Regulations

We would kindly ask you to obey the regulations attached to the development, this is for the benefit of all incorporating a code of respect and safe, decent conduct towards others within the community, your failure to abide by these rules may render the tenant liable for eviction without recompense.

The apartment caters for 6 people.  We reserve the right to refuse admission or to request the departure of those arriving in excess of this number.

In order to allow sufficient cleaning time, guests arrival should be after  4 pm with a departure by 11am. This may be flexible upon request and prior notice.

We ask you kindly to please bear in mind your usage of electricity as this soon mounts up without you being aware, due to the high running cost, we do reserve the right to charge extra in the event of excessive usage. for example, leaving the air-con on fully with windows and doors open or leaving the underfloor heating on continually is an enormous drain. 5KW per day is more than sufficient, so anything extra will be charged at the prevailing rate.

For yearly leases the rental fee is £2500 per month subject to credit check, with two months deposit. Please contact us for more details.
